Not sure about the water ele, blurred is awesome but without proper cover hex it's very prone to removal, of course you can cover with shackles, but that's not optimal either. I would drop that one for a more solid anti melee char.
No off monk hex and condition removal is also a recipe for trouble, if monk gets diverted/dazed you're in trouble.
I personally would ditch the ele for a blindbot + support skills, or a curse necro, but that's just me. Curse necro is best I think because it has good synergy with rending sweep. Corrupt enchant for enchant removal, some anti melee hexes and an off monk draw/convert would be nice I guess.
I particularly like the dervish, could be me, because I'm not a dervish expert, but the skills seem to work together nicely.

wow moved to the forsaken area
thx for the comment; i realise the curses necro outshines most anti melee casters but a burning water ele has potentianl imo. I could make a glyph of immolation necro instead
Im going to take disciplined stance for the monk instead of return since melee should be snared anyway, this way he has better utility to handle dazed.
Derv works v well especially while wailing on shackled guys hehe

Mind Blast doesn't work without Estorage.
A snare bar isn't really worth it without AoE.
Mending Touch for Dismiss, Mend Condition for SoA, Return for GoLE on the ZB.

Water ele without freezing gust is blasphemy. I would suggest dropping blurred for freezing gust, and you can always drop glowing ice for glyph of lesser if you need better emanagement.

your version might look more like this: http://gwshack.us/4c193
burning is still implemented on both casters and gave the the dervish speed boost to counter loss of icy shackles ^^

Is there any reason to take Immolation on the necro? Because I can't think of it.
Again, the Mind Blaster won't work.
The monk bars just as bad as before.

The Monk bar is perfect. Dismiss isn't going to cut it against any decent team.

well immolation adds a lot of pressure if your blue bar can handle it; the idea of the mes mindblast is to guilt/power leak casters keeping their energy low while you are burning them and handling your own energy, but havent tested if this actually works. Have you tried dismiss condition against dazed with 2 casters on your team cus im pretty sure it fails.
TheOneMephisto isnt the Icy shackles elite enough snare at 12 recharge

You can't Mind Blast without energy storage. Fact.
Dismiss is alot more perfect than running two removals on a monk. Even with Touch, you aren't going to get dazed off you. The way to cope with daze is a midline draw or using 1/4 casts untill it's off.
One snare on a 12 recharge does nothing. Veil recharges in 12 seconds.

The amount of conditions in TA warrants running two removals. Standard templates like Cripshot or Cripslash will destroy you if you don't.

Two removals does nothing that one doesn't. Dismiss should be enough to cope with it. You run a draw to counter mass condition stacking, not a gimped monk bar.
As a side note, last time I was there, TA had thumpers and Dev Hammers, not Cripslashes.

your mesmer has no fast casting. diversion and guilt are interrupt bait.
putting mindblast on him without EStorage is kinda useless.
your necro lacks shutdown. use recklass haste for Iparasite.
glyph of immolation is terribly overrated and is in fact a really really bad skill.
derv is fine, monk is fine.
i do agree on dismiss though, but if he can survive that way, meh.
